1. Right to Cancel & Return Policy

• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.

• To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel by e-mail to soodlestreet@gmail.com.

2. How to Return Items

• Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods.

• Items must be returned to: Soodle Street Studio, Unit 38, St Saviour’s Yard, Norwich, Norfolk, NR3 1QG

• We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items that do not reach us. As the customer you are responsible for the cost of the return postage.

4. Refunds

• We will provide a full refund (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the item back.

• If you chose a more expensive delivery option (e.g., express delivery), we are only required to refund the cost of standard delivery.

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.

5. Exceptions

• We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised or custom-made items such as bespoke original collage commissions.

  • Once a bespoke collage has been ‘accepted’ via an e-mail conversation and upon seeing a photograph of the collage, no further adjustments can be made.

  • Any requested adjustments after a bespoke collage has been received will be charged at an hourly rate exclusive of any additional postage.
