Had a lovely week in York visiting my brand new baby niece :D
York is a beautiful city with many inspiring buildings. The architecture has so much history and variation - plus there are MANY stops for tea and cake!
Today's Paper Renovation is inspired by The Tannery just outside the city walls. Couldn't miss out on renovating a Yorkshire Mill!
All my paper renovations are now popping up on the website as they are completed!
Just head over to the Gallery page 'Paper Renovations' to take a look at the series.
I am really enjoying being taken around the world with all these ideas! There is so much variation in the places us lot like to call 'home' and each one as inspiringly wonderful as the next.
Each paper renovation is available as an original or a print. E-mail email@example.com for more information.
If you have a much loved building you would like hand-made out of recycled paper - just let me know and we can give your home (or wherever?!) a paper renovation!
Mementos of a special place make wonderful gifts for all occasions - do you have somewhere you want to remind someone of?
Today is the first day of a new 30 day project!
I challenge myself to make a new imaginary house/building everyday for 30 days purely from recycling unwanted paper!
Each house will be individual, imaginary, and given a name/number and location. Can you guess where in the world they will be placed based on their architectural style?
Keep up to date on Soodle Street's Instagram and Facebook to follow the project!
Today's renovation is…
1/30 'No. 4120, Pacific Drive, Silicon Valley, CA.'
I have entered some Soodle Street card designs into Ohh Deer's PAPERJAM competition!
Take a look at the all the entries as there is some really fun stuff!

Really pleased with the new business cards that arrived this morning!
Now to get them out to our stockists!
Today I have been making cards for the brand new Auburn Boutique in Beccles!
Auburn is the new venture of Sean Law and Lauren Heaney - their impeccable taste and fantastic customer service makes Auburn the perfect place to get your garments. Its sweet, intimate, and trendy - and most importantly very affordable!
They are based in the stunning location of the Tower House just behind the striking bell tower of St. Michael's church - a structure that has inspired the new card design I have made exclusively for their shop!
Click here to go straight to Auburn's Facebook page to see what they are all about.
Wishing them lots of luck in their new adventure!
