I had a lovely day at Norwich Maker's Market on Monday in the Assembly House! There were so many fab makers and it was a great atmosphere. Looking froward to the Christmas market in November now!
I had such a lovely time preparing and conducting a collage workshop for the Bittern Line Community Rail 20th birthday celebrations.
Two gorgeously sunny days in Wroxham Signal Box, which was open to the public all week (usually only once a month). Adults and children alike had a go at filling in some stencil guides I had made of buildings and scenes inspired by the Bittern Line.
Thank you to everyone who came along, especially those who made the effort to come from Norwich, and stayed for the duration! It was a pleasure to provide an activity that was described as 'relaxing' and 'unusual'.
I have been invited to host a collage workshop (in the ultra cute location of Wroxham signal box!) to help celebrate 20 years of the Bittern Line Community Rail Partnership!
We will be making super creative, 100% recycled, artworks inspired by the Bittern Line.
There will also be live music, tours, and tasty local food!
Pop along and show your love of Norwich and North Norfolk and the importance of keeping us all connected.
Monday 21st and Friday 25th August 11am-2pm at Wroxham Signal Box.
Norwich Railway Station - One end of the Bittern Line.
This is one of the stencils that will be available at my collage workshops.
There will be piles of unwanted paper to reuse and re-love - see what great image you can make and take away with you!
My 'The Norwich Illustrated Pub Crawl' pubs are now hanging in this wonderful corner of The Belle Vue on St Phillip's Street. The snug is so inviting, the pubs look like they were made for the space. If you have time, pop in for a browse and a pint!
